Joshua Bice
Sr. Development Consultant
Biography
Joshua is a senior renewable energy development leader with deep experience scaling high-impact teams and delivering utility-scale, C&I, and community solar and energy storage projects through the clean energy transition. A former Army combat medic, he transitioned into tech and sustainability and helped start and lead multiple ventures in the renewables distributed generation sector. With expertise spanning business development, project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership, he drives bankable outcomes from greenfield development through commercial operation by aligning strategic vision with operational excellence. He currently serves as a Senior Development Consultant, and outside of work enjoys hiking, live concerts, and exploring new places.
Joshua is currently based in Southern California.
